Kaiso Technology Plays a Key Role in Strengthening, Supplementing, and Stabilizing the Mold Industry Chain
11

In the fiercely competitive mold industry, where does a company’s core competitiveness truly lie? The answer lies not only in an industrial landscape that precisely aligns with customer needs but also in the internal hard strength of self-sufficiency across the industrial chain. Kaiso Technology, as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in precision and innovation, perfectly exemplifies how to occupy a pivotal position in strengthening, supplementing, and stabilizing the industrial chain with its comprehensive integration capabilities.

Precise External Layout: Building a Full Industrial Chain Supporting Ecosystem

The supporting capability in the mold industry serves as a bridge connecting companies to the market. Kaiso Technology’s molds are primarily divided into sheet metal molds and injection molds, with their applications precisely covering core industries such as automotive, home appliances, and 3C. Leveraging its powerful industrial integration and reconstruction capabilities, Kaiso Technology has built a full industrial chain ecosystem supporting solutions for these industries. Whether it’s the demand for precision components in the automotive sector, the high-efficiency production requirements of home appliances, or the rapid iteration pace of the 3C industry, Kaiso Technology provides one-stop services ranging from product development, mold design and manufacturing, to intelligent production of finished goods.

Internal Deep Cultivation: Building Hard Strength for Self-Sufficiency in the Industrial Chain

If external supporting layout is the “antenna” of a company, then the internal self-sufficiency capability of the industrial chain is its “foundation.” In the raw material processing stage, Kaiso Technology owns a 3,000-square-meter mold material factory equipped with nearly 20 large-scale gantry milling machines, gantry grinders, CNC double-head milling machines, chamfering machines, and other equipment. This enables the company to independently complete the entire process from rough machining to precision processing of raw materials such as templates and mold bases.

In the precision machining stage, the company possesses 22 CNC machines from renowned brands like Taiwan’s Dali and SieHong, as well as 20 slow wire-cutting machines from Japanese brands such as Fanuc and Mitsubishi. These high-precision, advanced CNC mold-making equipment ensure the high-accuracy machining of products like sheet metal molds, making every detail withstand rigorous scrutiny.

For mold testing and validation, Kaiso Technology is equally well-equipped. Dozens of 160-1250T punch presses, 60-1300T injection molding machines, as well as precision testing equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, and spectrophotometers, safeguard the quality of molds, ensuring each set perfectly meets production requirements.

Moving forward, Kaiso Technology will continue to focus on two key directions: precision mold R&D and smart production line upgrades. Through equipment iteration and process innovation, the company aims to further shorten delivery cycles, enhance product precision, and provide more resilient supporting solutions for the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. On the path to strengthening, supplementing, and stabilizing the industrial chain, Kaiso Technology will write more industry benchmark cases.
