In May 2024, Kaishuo successfully signed with a Russian company to create an intelligent production line for water heater end covers. This production line covers two efficient intelligent production lines, including 2 sets of three-in-one servo feeders, 3 sets of independent stamping manipulators, 1 set of servo sheet feeders with dual workstations, and a set of five-workstation servo circular sheet collectors, and other automated equipment. It realizes the complex processing procedures of blanking, stretching, restriking, punching, and trimming of water heater end covers, making production simpler and more efficient.
